Program Description
Plumbing Technology trains you to design, install, test, and maintain water supply, drainage, and sanitation systems in homes, schools, and public buildings. You will study practical subjects like pipe fitting, plumbing materials and fixtures, drainage and sewage systems, water supply and treatment basics, technical drawing and CAD, and health and safety. The program combines workshop practice with classroom theory so you graduate ready for jobs as a plumbing technician, site installer, maintenance technician, or to continue into civil or building services engineering, facilities management, or self-employment as a licensed plumber.
