Quantity Surveying and Construction Economics teaches students how to measure, cost and manage building projects so they are delivered on time and on budget. You will study measurement methods, cost estimating, construction contracts, procurement, construction economics and basic building technology. The programme builds practical skills in preparing bills of quantities, cost plans, tender documents and value-for-money analysis.
